Applying Formula to Rows in Excel

I’m using excel to do some DataEntry and Im working with one cell that contains data from a list and I need to drop that data and replace it with the last record in the column I copy it from. It is important that if the last record is the same as the first record in the list, then ignore the change. This is what I have so far:
=IF(C3=B3,B3,””)

This works when the last record is identical to the first record, but if it does not I need to say “=” to make sure it keeps the old value. I have been trying to put that formula into the macro in the following way:
With Range(“J3”)
.Formula = “=” & Range(Cells(3, 1), Cells(3, 4)).Formula
End With

Move Window Info – The MoveWindow-Info project was created to
provide the code and data structures needed to provide windows
move and resize (drag/drop) functionality on the MS Windows
desktop.
This allows windows to be moved from one edge of the display to another
(client to client), resized, min/maximized or moved or dragged with one
click.
This project includes libraries for client-side window operations,
including windows, regions, and windows, as well as a library that
provides the Windows GetWindowRect function for the client-side.
This library and some helper programs provide the windows on the MS
Windows desktop, the resize and move of windows, as well as the
client-side of the ResizeWindow functions which can be used by the
shell.
The helper programs provides the drag/drop functionality for the
client-side windows on the desktop.
